USED TELSMITH COMPLETE PORTABLE CRUSHING PLANT
The screen is just under 5' x 16', 2 deck. The screen is the main component that needs a lot of work. For example, bearings need to be replaced. The remaining components are all in good condition, most are work ready, and some will need minor repairs. There are 3 conveyors with this crusher:
(1) 30" x 50' , (1) 30" x 55', (1) 30" x 70'; all are in fair to good condition. Grizzly Hopper is 12' W x 16' L, Telsmith Vibrating Feeder is 4'x14', The Cone is a Telsmith 489-S Cone with Electric Motor. The Jaw is a Telsmith 30"x42", Rated for 175-325 ton/hour (dependent upon material), Average Rock minus 30" feed size recommended, Gen Set is a CAT 3412 600KW.,
This would require 8 loads to transport (4 flatbeds, 1 Stepdeck, 3 towaways), broken down as follows:
1 load - Jaw
1 load - Cone
1 load - Gen Set
1 load - Screen
1 load - Feeder
1 load - Conveyors
1 load - Hopper
1 load - miscelleneous items.
(Some of these loads can be made to be legal dimensions but you would have to decide what you wanted to do with them, it would require dismantling with the use of crane, some cutting and you have to reweld them once they reached destination)
